Sudhansu Kumar Biswal
Managing Trustee
A seasoned professional with over 36 years in the upstream oil industry, Sudhansu Kumar Biswal retired as Senior Vice President & Country Manager of Vietnam at ONGC Videsh Ltd. He has led oil exploration and development projects across Vietnam, Russia, Colombia, Iran, the UK, Myanmar, and India. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Geology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
Dr. P.K Swain
Chairman, Agriculture & Sustainability Expert
With over 35 years of experience, including 15+ years in agriculture, Dr. Prasanta Kumar Swain is a leading expert in sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture. He has played a pivotal role in promoting Direct Seeded Rice (DSR) for resource conservation and GHG reduction, along with advancing agroforestry, organic, and natural farming. A specialist in agricultural marketing, logistics, and value chains, he has pioneered Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and received multiple national awards for applying ICT in agriculture. Originally an Electrical Engineer, he later earned a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and has undergone extensive global training.
Choudhury Jyoshna Das
Fashion Designer & Social Entrepreneur
Founder of Bivabari Fashions Pvt. Ltd., Choudhury Jyoshna Das is a leader in sustainable fashion with 24+ years of experience. She champions eco-friendly designs, traditional handloom techniques, and zero-waste fashion while empowering artisans and women entrepreneurs. As Convenor of the Women’s Forum at WTC Bhubaneswar, she has supported numerous women in their entrepreneurial journeys, creating employment for over 1,000 individuals.
Gautam Kumar Pradhan
Agriculture & Livelihood Development Expert
A postgraduate in Agricultural Economics from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Gautam Kumar Pradhan is currently a Senior Advisor at SELCO Foundation. He co-founded Harsha Trust, a leading livelihood promotion organization in Odisha, and has over two decades of grassroots experience in agriculture, irrigation, and institution building. A national-level resource person for agricultural value chain development, he contributes significantly to the National Rural Livelihoods Mission.

Educator, Food Vlogger & Social Worker
An educator, social worker, and food vlogger, Rachita Sena is dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities and preserving Odisha’s culinary heritage. A certified primary education specialist, she has worked extensively in tribal schools, improving access to quality education. Through her popular food vlogging, she highlights traditional Odia recipes and promotes sustainable cooking. Passionate about women’s empowerment, she actively supports initiatives that enable economic independence and social equality for rural women.
